Prize: Complete Room Spray Lineup. Approximate retail value to be determined by Sponsor.
Promotion Period: The giveaway begins on May 21, 2026 and ends on June 4, 2026, unless extended or ended early by Sponsor.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, owners, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor are not eligible to win.
How to Enter: Entrants may enter for free by submitting the giveaway entry form at hearthlineco.com/apps/giveaway. Eligible purchases made during the Promotion Period may earn additional weighted entries according to the giveaway settings displayed or maintained by Sponsor.
Free Entry Method: No purchase is required. A free entry is available through the giveaway entry form. Free entries receive the number of weighted entries stated on the giveaway page.
Purchase Entries: Eligible purchases may earn weighted entries based on eligible products purchased and eligible product subtotal. Unless otherwise stated by Sponsor, each eligible product purchased earns 5 weighted entries, plus 1 additional weighted entry for every $5 in eligible product subtotal. Eligible product subtotal is rounded to the nearest whole dollar before dollar-based entries are calculated. Shipping, taxes, duties, tips, gift cards, and other non-product charges do not count toward dollar-based entries. Bonus days and other giveaway settings may increase eligible entries as configured by Sponsor. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or ineligible orders may be removed from entry totals.
Bonus Days: Sponsor may designate bonus days during the Promotion Period. Entries earned on bonus days may receive a multiplier as stated by Sponsor.
Winner Selection: Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible weighted entries after the Promotion Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible weighted entries received.
Winner Notification: Winner(s) will be contacted using the email address provided at entry or associated with the eligible order. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable time, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Prize Conditions: Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for any taxes or expenses not expressly included.
Marketing Consent: Entrants may be asked to consent to receive email marketing from Hearthline Co. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time using unsubscribe links or other available methods.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.
Release: By entering, participants release Sponsor, Shopify, and related parties from claims arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
