Thank you for shopping with Hearthline Co.. Every item is handcrafted with care, and we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier and selected service, but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.
Please note: delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier system.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Hearthline Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, we recommend:

checking around your property, mailbox, and delivery area

checking with neighbors or building management

confirming the shipping address entered at checkout

contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim
If you believe your package was stolen, you may also need to file a police report.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

photos of the damaged product(s)

photos of the shipping box and packaging materials
Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund will be issued.

Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues. Hearthline Co. is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
