Every Hearthline candle is hand-poured in small batches in Covington, Georgia.

But pouring is the easy part.

Before a candle ever reaches production, it goes through multiple burn cycles. We test flame height. Melt pool formation. Jar temperature. Soot. Wax hang-up. Hot throw. Wick performance. If something is off, we adjust and test again.

Sometimes that means trying three or four wick sizes before locking in the right one. Because the goal is not just a candle that smells good on first light. The goal is a candle that burns evenly, cleanly, and safely from beginning to end.

The same approach carries into our room sprays, wax melts, and grooming products. Every formula is measured, tested, and refined before it earns the Hearthline name.
